Every child deserves an excellent education. Every community deserves high performing schools.

Local tax dollars should be used responsibly to consistently improve student learning. Student achievement is the responsibility of the school board, quality schools are the responsibility of a school board. An effective school board must create a clear, measurable mission, to drive performance and adopt strong policy with timely accountability measures to ensure continual improvement. Through transparent communication and open-public review everyone can be informed and engaged in the success of our children. A Local School Board leads the way in that effort.
